Danny went above and beyond to help get us over the finish line, even keeping in contact whilst on holiday. Our property intentions were different then, but as we changed our minds from renting out the house to selling it over the course of the year that followed, Danny was a pillar of support for us when things got challenging and kept a good sense of humour throughout, which completely lightened the experience.
We are a humorous couple so the 3 of us literally laughed our way through the (sometimes challenging) sale - which really helps during such a stressful time.
When we first met him, he sat at our kitchen table for 2/3 hours and answered all my random questions and completely educated me on everything I needed to know about renting our home out.
I was so impressed with this willingness to be able to answer anything I threw at him and not be in a rush to get to another appointment.
This was not something I had experienced with other agents.
In fact, I found other agents rather rigid with no compassion for our situation.
We weren’t just “giving up our home” there was more to it for me and Danny displayed a high level of empathy and professionalism all at the same time. This was the right balance to make us feel comfortable with going with him rather than any of the other agents that we saw.
We spoke like friends from the off, sharing experiences and looking at things from different points of view.
Danny made us feel that nothing was a problem and there were solutions for anything that may have cropped up along the line.
He took on the sale of the property passionately like it was his own home (once again, displaying his level of care) and proved to us time and time again how honest and reliable he was.
The day of completion (19.09.23) was emotional for me. I was sobbing tears of closure, relief and release. Danny treated us like friends he had for years, it was just what was needed on that day.
It really does go without saying that I would not only highly recommend him but I’d give him 20 out of 10 for displaying that balance between professionalism and compassion, keeping a good sense of humour and caring every step of the way in the 2 years we dealt with him.
Nothing was ever too big or too silly a problem.

He gave us honest and realistic advice as to the rent we could expect and managed to get a tenant in, with all checks and certificates sorted, within two weeks. His advice was invaluable and when we needed things done he helped source the correct tradespeople to make sure everything ran smoothly.
In order to ensure the timely start to the tenancy he was even at the end of the phone evenings and weekends which was so helpful as I worked during the day and couldn't always answer his questions at that time.
